130amp 15.4v Step-Up DC-DC Converter
🔋 10–14.6V → 15.4V DC-DC Chargers (Built for 6S LTO Systems)
Purpose-built for charging 6S LTO batteries, including our 6S LTO banks and prebuilt 6S LTO battery systems.
Designed for vehicles where you can’t fit an aftermarket alternator, allowing you to run a dedicated 15.4V secondary charge system while keeping the factory charging system untouched.

⚙️ Solid-State Performance Advantage
Due to solid-state design, these DC-DC chargers respond to dynamic current demand significantly faster than an alternator.
They cannot be directly compared to alternator output — voltage regulation and transient response under heavy load are far superior, making them ideal for high-demand 6S LTO setups.

Boost remains active between input voltage and the 15.4V target

As output voltage approaches input voltage, current increases up to the capability of the vehicle’s input charging system
⚠️ Input current requirement is approximately 35% higher than rated output current
Example (130A unit):
130A output → vehicle must support approx. 175A input supply
🔒 Installation Requirements
⚠️ Fuse at 35% above rated output current
Examples:

⚠️ Minimum 0 AWG (50mm²) cable required on BOTH input and output
⚠️ Must be used with a 500A relay on the input side
(500A relay can be supplied if required)
